岗位职责:
Pro-actively solicit potential corporate clients for all Hotels within his/her designated territory. In addition, this position is responsible for planning and executing sales developments, client events, sales calls and customer recognition to effectively position DMH in the buying cycle. This position is highly collaborative with on-property DOSM.

1. Analyze the hotel’s demand segments, sources of business for each segment and management pricing and room’s inventory to maximize revenues and profits.

2. To know the principle competition for each segment and leverage hotel’s relative strengths against each.

任职资格:
1. Bachelor's degree
学士学位
2. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language a MUST

3. Proficient in computer skills including Chinese software and social media like Wechat

4. Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate with clients and all levels of management

6. Have a prior experience in a Luxury/ High end hotel sales department with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
