As Chef de Partie - Malaysian Cuisine, We rely on you to:
- Supervises the daily operation of the kitchen in the areas of his/her responsibilities
- Support daily menu planning and design for Malaysian cuisine
- Ensure that the highest quality of food is always provided
- Support the Executive Chef on daily operation
- Maintain and implement the highest hygiene standards
- Supports the regional hotels in the areas of menu production, training, and special events
We are looking for someone who:
- Has minimum 2 years' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
- Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
- Specializes in Malaysian and Asian cuisine
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Can work with a multinational team
- Is a solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
