Cluster SPA Director of South China

As Cluster SPA Director of South China, We rely on you to：：
1.Regional budget management, financial analysis benchmarked against key business KPIs and provides insights for improvement.
2.Regular visits to each business unit to monitor operations and service quality, meet with staff and management.
3.To ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
4.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff business acumen skills and wellness technical knowledge (where applicable).
5.Attend monthly conference call with Headquarters Wellness team and each spa leader on spa P&L, challenges and successes.
6.Develop promotional materials and other marketing tools to assist with revenue generation at each property.
We are looking for someone who:
Preferably has more than 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and evaluation skills.Market-savvy, with a proven ability to develop potential clients and expertise in marketing and special projects.Good command of English both in oral and written.A strong team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
