To ensure all revenues generated in the Hotel are recorded timely, accurately, properly valued, correctly classified and report discrepancies on a timely basis. To produce the daily revenue report and reconcile all revenues against cash banked and accounts receivable movements for each day. To review and prepare final input into the General Ledger from the various sources and identify and reconcile the balance sheet items and to prepare financial reports as required.
确保所有饭店内发生的收入均被按时地准确地记录，恰当地评价，正确地分类。要即时报告有矛盾的地方。制作每日收入报表并使所有收入与现金存款和每天应收帐款的运转情况相一致。检查并最后将各种数据输入总分类帐，确定并使资产负债表项目一致，按要求准备最后的报告。
