Ensure property pre-arrival report is used to assist in leading the department
熟练掌握电脑软件应用知识,确保录入宾客资料信息正确,比如:宾客的喜好(包括本地宾客,内地宾客,海外宾客),兴趣,住店期间的活动,及其他事件
1.至少2年前台工作经验及至少2年以上主管经验。
2.具有好的沟通能力和对客服务的技巧。
3.具备良好的领导能力。
4.大专以上学历,流利的英文和中文沟通能力。
1.Minimum 2 years Front Desk experience with at least 2 years of Front Desk Supervisory experience.
2.Demonstrated excellent communication and hospitality skills.
3.Demonstrated leadership qualities.
4.Minimum graduated from College.Fluently in English and Mandarin to communicate.
