2、The person achieves their Personal Objectives.
3、The Competencies Review is carried out to the satisfaction ofboth Director of Sales &Marketing and Director of Sales - MICE.
4、Proactively assist Directorof Sales - MICE for all revenue develops. To have deep understand of theleisure travel landscape and demonstrated ability to build profitable,long-term relationships that maximize room night production and revenue for ourportfolio of hotels.
