Lead, direct and motivate the Salesteam. Ensure the yearly sales budget is achieved and surpassed. Responsibilityfor extending the management standards and quality guidelines in the departmentset by the DOSM and to assume complete management responsibility for allactivities of the department in the absence of the DOSM, in line with thehotels mission, vision and objectives. Be guiding, team oriented, democraticand empowering. Relevant corporate sales experience in large-scale hotels is preferred.
