Duties:
- Responsible
for overall Chinese culinary operation, which includes purchasing, storage and
product control up to the proper creation, planning and implementation of
creative menus.
- Ensure
the ultimate guest experience across all managed outlets and food service
within the hotel and for external catering requirements.
- Maintain
the highest standard of food quality and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- 2
years and above working experience in a similar role in international hotel.
- Experienced
high-end catering events.
- Displays
initiative and creativity.
- Ability
to lead and motivate team, detect and develop talent.
- Can
manage change, and swiftly adapt to changing environments, following local
trends.
- Must be a friendly, helpful and
trustworthy leader with a caring approach to developing talent.
- English
skill is preferable.
