Duties:
- Responsiblefor overall Chinese culinary operation, which includes purchasing, storage andproduct control up to the proper creation, planning and implementation ofcreative menus.
- Ensurethe ultimate guest experience across all managed outlets and food servicewithin the hotel and for external catering requirements.
- Maintainthe highest standard of food quality and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- 2years and above working experience in a similar role in international hotel.
- Experiencedhigh-end catering events.
- Displaysinitiative and creativity.
- Abilityto lead and motivate team, detect and develop talent.
- Canmanage change, and swiftly adapt to changing environments, following localtrends.
- Must be a friendly, helpful andtrustworthy leader with a caring approach to developing talent.
- Englishskill is preferable.
