DUTIES:
1. Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.
2. Enhance overall guest experience during their stay.
3. Supervise and direct the front desk team.
4. Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services.
5. Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Has experience in the same capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel.
2. Fully understand front desk operations.
3. Has strong interpersonal skills.
4. Communicates and writes with fluency in Chinese and English.
5. Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader.
6. Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background.
