Duties:
1. Guest Welcome: Offer dedicated assistance to Russian- and Spanish-speaking guests during their arrival and departure.
2. Language Support: Serve as a translator and key communication bridge between hotel staff and Russian- or Spanish-speaking guests, ensuring their needs and requests are clearly understood and accurately fulfilled.
3. Guest Information & Personalized Recommendations: Offer detailed information about hotel facilities, dining venues, and local attractions. Provide personalized recommendations tailored to the cultural preferences of Russian and Spanish guests.
4. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise closely with operation departments to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery and consistency throughout the guest experience.
Requirements:
1. Native or Near-native fluency in Russian OR Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in
English is an advantage.
2. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultures and personalities.
3. High standards of personal grooming, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift work, as required by hotel operations is preferred.
