Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in a 5 star hotel in asimilar position
2. Experience in developing business
3. Skilled in interpersonal communication, and consistentlydemonstrating a diligent work ethic.
4. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizationaland training abilities
5. Proficient in English and the use of Microsoft Office.
Job Description:
1. Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profittargets
2. Assists in producing, implementing and monitoring actionplans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
3. Analyses current and potential markets/trends,coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through addedbusiness volume and increased rate
4. Procures new and repeat business for the hotel, both localand international markets.
5. Maintains contact with professional meeting planners, travelagents, corporate accounts and incentive buyers through personal sales calls,telephone contacts and written communications.
6. Create and implement special programs to achieve greaterprofitability
