【岗位职责】Job Responsibilities
1. 精通所有的预订步骤和熟练的处理各种预订,并能够熟练的操作各种预订系统的设备
Proficient in all reservation procedures, skilled in handling various reservations and operating equipment of all reservation systems;
2. 能够始终提供积极的,有礼貌的和有效率的服务。在电话铃三声内接听电话
Always provide positive, polite and efficient service, and answer phone calls within three rings;
3. 在任何可能的情况下增销以提高客房率和创造最大的收益
Upsell whenever possible to increase occupancy rate and maximize revenue;
4. 能够确保所有的预订能够准确的录入,并在必要时更新及保持其准确有效
Ensure all reservations are accurately entered, updated and kept accurate and valid when necessary;
5. 能够时时刻刻了解酒店的入住情况,并能够最大程度的创造销售机会。及时提醒预订主管任何背离酒店标准的房价和预订的安排
Keep abreast of the hotel's occupancy status at all times and maximize sales opportunities. Promptly remind the Reservation Supervisor of any room rates and reservation arrangements that deviate from the hotel's standards;
6. 能够全面了解市场分割并能够准确地定义不同的预订
Have a comprehensive understanding of market segmentation and accurately define different types of reservations;
7. 有效地处理所有的预订和预订信件,并确保在24小时给予确认或回复
Effectively handle all reservations and reservation correspondence, and ensure confirmation or reply within 24 hours;
8. 能够熟悉酒店的所有信贷规定以便有效的处理帐务需求
Be familiar with all hotel credit policies to effectively handle accounting requirements;
9. 维持一个精确的归档系统
Maintain an accurate filing system;
10. 每月根据酒店需求记录各种数据和制定月报表
Record various data and prepare monthly reports according to hotel requirements every month;
11. 积极主动的为客人提高服务,并能够确保客人所有的需求得到满足
Proactively provide services for guests and ensure all guest needs are met;
12. 维护并更新所有客户的资料,并将其准确地与新预订联系
Maintain and update all customer information, and accurately associate it with new reservations.
【岗位要求】Job Requirement
1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力,能够耐心细致地处理客户需求
Good service awareness and communication skills, able to handle customer needs patiently and meticulously;
2、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统(如Opera等系统经验者优先)
Proficient in office software and hotel management systems, experience with systems such as Opera is preferred;
3、具备较强的数字敏感度和数据处理能力,能高效准确地处理预订信息
Strong number sensitivity and data processing ability, able to handle reservation information efficiently and accurately;
4、能够适应轮班工作制,包括周末和节假日值班
Able to adapt to shift work, including duty on weekends and holidays;
5、具备基础的英语沟通能力,能处理简单的英文邮件和电话
Basic English communication skills, able to handle simple English emails and phone calls;
6、有酒店前台或预订相关工作经验者优先
Relevant work experience in hotel front desk or reservation is preferred.
