电工主管 Engineering Supervisor

【岗位职责】Job Responsibilities
1、负责酒店电力系统的日常维护、检修及故障排除，确保电力设备正常运行
Responsible for routine maintenance, overhaul and troubleshooting of the hotel's electrical power system to ensure normal operation of electrical equipment;
2、制定并执行电力设备的定期保养计划，延长设备使用寿命
Formulate and implement regular maintenance plans for electrical equipment to extend the service life of equipment;
3、监督和指导电工团队的工作，确保工作质量和效率
Supervise and guide the work of the electrician team to ensure work quality and efficiency;
4、及时响应并处理电力系统的紧急故障，保障酒店正常运营
Respond to and handle emergency faults of the electrical power system in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the hotel;
5、负责电力设备的节能改造和优化，降低能耗成本
Responsible for energy-saving renovation and optimization of electrical equipment to reduce energy consumption costs;
6、配合其他部门完成相关电力设备的安装和调试工作
Cooperate with other departments to complete the installation and commissioning of relevant electrical equipment;
7、确保所有电力工作符合安全规范和行业标准
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
【岗位要求】Job Requirements
1、具备电工相关专业知识，熟悉电力系统操作和维护
Have professional knowledge related to electrician work, and be familiar with the operation and maintenance of electrical power systems;
2、有较强的动手能力和问题解决能力，能独立处理电力故障
Strong practical ability and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle electrical faults;
3、具备团队管理经验，能有效指导和监督团队成员
Have team management experience, able to effectively guide and supervise team members;
4、工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
Conscientious and responsible in work, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5、能适应倒班工作制，具备较强的应急处理能力
Able to adapt to shift work system, with strong emergency handling capability;
6、需持有高压及低压电工证
Must hold high-voltage and low-voltage electrician certificates.
