空调主管HVAC Supervisor

一、岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
全面负责酒店空调、新风、冷冻、供暖系统设备日常运行管理。Be fully responsible for daily operation management of hotel air conditioning, fresh air, refrigeration and heating system equipment.制定空调系统巡检计划，组织班组开展定时巡查，及时发现设备隐患。Formulate inspection plan for air conditioning system, organize team to conduct regular inspections and discover potential equipment hazards in a timely manner.编制设备维保方案、年度 / 月度保养计划，监督维修保养工作落实。Draw up equipment maintenance plan, annual and monthly maintenance schedule, and supervise the implementation of maintenance work.统筹空调故障抢修工作，合理安排班组人员，快速处理各类空调设备故障。Coordinate emergency repair of air conditioning faults, arrange team staff reasonably, and quickly handle various air conditioning equipment failures.管控空调系统能耗，优化运行模式，落实节能措施，降低能源消耗。Control energy consumption of air conditioning system, optimize operation mode, implement energy-saving measures and reduce energy cost.管理维修工具、备件库存，提出备件申购计划，控制维修物料成本。Manage maintenance tools and spare parts inventory, submit spare parts purchasing application and control maintenance material cost.做好运行记录、维保台账、设备档案整理，保证资料完整规范。Complete operation records, maintenance logs and equipment file sorting to ensure complete and standardized documents.负责空调班组员工日常排班、工作督导、技能培训与绩效考核。Be in charge of daily scheduling, work supervision, skill training and performance appraisal of air-conditioning team members.对接前厅、客房、工程部等部门，及时响应宾客及各部门空调报修需求。Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, engineering and other departments, timely respond to air-conditioning repair requests from guests and departments.遵守酒店安全管理制度，落实机房安全、防火、防漏电等安全管控。Abide by hotel safety management regulations, implement safety control including machine room safety, fire prevention and electric leakage prevention.
二、岗位要求 Job Requirements
学历：中专及以上学历，暖通、制冷、机电相关专业优先。Education: Technical secondary school or above, major in HVAC, refrigeration, electromechanical is preferred.持有制冷设备维修工、电工证等相关特种作业操作证书。Possess special operation certificates such as refrigeration equipment maintenance certificate or electrician certificate.具有酒店或商业综合体 3 年以上暖通空调维修管理工作经验。Have at least 3 years working experience in HVAC maintenance and management in hotel or commercial complex.熟悉中央空调、冷水机组、风机盘管、新风系统、冷却塔等设备原理与维修。Familiar with the principle and maintenance of central air conditioner, chiller, fan coil unit, fresh air system, cooling tower and other equipment.掌握空调系统日常调试、故障排查、系统节能优化相关技能。Master skills of daily commissioning, troubleshooting and energy-saving optimization of air conditioning system.具备班组管理能力，能够合理安排工作、培训下属员工。Possess team management ability, capable of reasonable work arrangement and training subordinates.具备良好沟通协调能力，能高效对接各部门处理宾客相关设备问题。Have good communication and coordination skills, efficiently cooperate with all departments to handle guest-related equipment issues.熟悉工程维保台账、运行报表制作，具备基础书面记录能力。Familiar with engineering maintenance ledgers and operation report compilation, have basic written recording ability.工作严谨负责，具备较强应急处置能力，能接受轮班、应急抢修。Rigorous and responsible in work, strong emergency response capability, able to accept shift work and emergency repairs.认同酒店管理制度，遵守操作规范，具备安全作业意识。Recognize hotel management system, abide by operating specifications and have awareness of safe operation.
