Responsibilities
1.Manage day to day operation of concierge department through activities including, but not limited to staffing, payroll and scheduling.
2.Deep understand local food and beverage places and tourism attractions.
3.Actively respond to and satisfy guest requests and complaints.
4.Maintain accurate records of all guest request items.
5.Receive and distribute all guest mail.
6.Interact in courteous and professional manner with all guests, staff and community members.
7.Maintain clean and safe work area.

Qualifications
1.Experience: Minimum two years’ experiences as a Concierge for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
2.Education: diploma or above.
3.General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy;
4.Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of local restaurants, museums and attractions; thorough knowledge of current events in and around the city; ability to train, motivate, evaluate, mentor and direct employees to meet desired ends; exceptional oral communication skills to ensure ability to negotiate and persuade guests and staff to achieve results beneficial to operation of hotel; ability to focus and maintain attention to performance of tasks despite frequent stressful.
5.Excellent speaking and writing English.

4.对附近的餐厅,旅游景点及市内大型活动有深入了解;能够出色完成员工培训任务,保持士气高涨;指导员工以酒店的标准服务每一位宾客;出色的口头表达能力;能在较大压力下完成工作。
5.流利的听说及书写英语。
