Manage
the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a
cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant
and equipment.
有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和设施的维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态。
1.Maintain
all the paint work in the hotel.
维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。
2.Repair
and maintain all woodwork.
负责维修保养酒店所有木制品。
3.Repair
and maintain all marble and floor tile.
负责维修保养酒店大理石和所有地砖。
4.Follow
the instructions of the Decoration Supervisor.
按照装修主管的布置进行工作。
5.Check
doors, mechanical locks, door closers, carpets, windows, window locks, tables,
chairs, etc. regularly, and deal with maintenance orders in time.
定期检查门、机械门锁、闭门器、地毯、窗户、窗锁、桌、椅等，对维修单进行及时处理。
6.Regular
inspection of Ceiling latex paint, furniture paint, wall, etc., do a good job
of maintenance.
定期检查天花乳胶漆，家具油漆，墙面等，做好维护保养工作。

5.Some painter, carpenter, mason and
architecture knowledge.
