1. Effectively manage the daily work of the restaurant and ensure that the daily work is carried out normally,
2. Communicate with chefs and food and beverage managers about opinions and guest suggestions to reflect the current guest situation,
3. Develop and execute a calendar of promotions for catering products in the restaurant,
4. Be good at predicting changes in the market and reviewing operational work when necessary.
5. Analyze F&B statistics through the point-of-sale sales system.
