Co-ordinate and arrange activities
accorded to the F&B office

Appraise department head of the day to day
activities of the section
估计每日餐饮部管理层的每日安排。
Arrange appointments and meetings for the department
head, recording same in diary and ensure the department head has the
appropriate documentation for each appointment
为餐饮部管理层安排约会与会议,记录同样的纪要和保证餐饮部管理层有一份一致的记录。
Attend meetings such as Department Heads
Meeting, Executive Committee Meeting and others as directed by the department
head
根据餐饮部管理层的安排,参加会议,例如:各部门总监会议和执行委员会。
Take minutes of attended meetings,
accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel
记录参加会议的内容,并准确抄录和分发给合适的人员。
Check the F&B related record on time (Including
Promotion tracking record, email address tracking record, Lobster.ink,
departmental daily report.)
及时查阅餐饮部相关跟踪记录。(包括餐饮推广、邮件记录、Lobster.ink, 部门日常报告等。)
Prepare all documents (qianbao, payment,
task force agreement, artist form, FSMS Record etc) and follow up the process.
准备餐饮部相关文档单据并配合各部门做好跟进工作(包括签报、单据表格、协议、报告等)
Inform related parties up on department
head request.
根据部门长需求做好相关部门及人员的上传下达及通知工作。
Collect information and data from related
department to update F&B related report and deliver or submit them to
related parties in time.
及时向各相关部门收集所需数据、信息,以更新餐饮部相关报告,并发送或提交给有关部门。
Arrange room and restaurant reservations
for VIP guests/personnel
为重要客户和人员安排房间和餐厅。
Prepare welcome letters for Department
Heads’s signature
为餐饮部管理层签名准备欢迎信
Perform hostess duties at staff, guest and
other functions as required

Assess priorities of work and assist in
organizing Department Heads’s priorities

Prepare replies to routine correspondence
for Department Heads’s signature

Open and sort mail addressed to the Department

Maintain a filing and trace system: SCM,
