· Create recruitment advertising per IHG guidelines

· Be responsible for entry level talent recruitment.

· Assist hotel talent with their day-to-day queries and questions

· Be responsible for new talents check-in procedure and filing maintenance and labor contract management.
办理入职手续,负责人事档案的管理、保管、用工合同的签订。
· Assists with the development, implementation and administration of associate relations, benefit and compensation, and recruitment programs.
协助对员工关系、工资和福利以及招聘活动的发展、执行和管理工作。
Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
· Previous experience in a similar HR role is desirable within a 5-star hotel
