Job Scope 职责范围：
To maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of F&B outlets,functions,office and publicareas not covered by stewarding, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction andadhering to the standard required by our hotel.
负责打扫和维持会议室、餐厅、办公室、多功能厅和其他区域（不包含厨房管事部）的卫生，以高水平的卫生保证客人最大程度的满足。

Tomaintain cleanliness of F&B outlets, Functions, Offices, and public areasnot covered by stewarding and gardener, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction andadhering to the standard required by our hotel.负责打扫和维持会议室、餐厅、办公室、多功能厅和其他区域（不包含厨房管事部) 的卫生，以高水平的卫生保证客人最大程度的满足.Towork on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To shampoo and upkeep carpets,upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards. 做好客房部基础工作运转，按照饭店的标准清洗地毯、较脏地板和家具.Toreport for duty punctually in full regulation uniform.正确着装上岗.Toprovide a courteous and professional service all times.时刻提供礼貌和专业的服务.Tomaintain good working relationships with your colleagues, and all otherdepartments.与本部门及其他部门同事保持良好的工作关系.Greetsand is courteous to all guests, uses eye contact and always offers assistance.对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情，用眼睛交流并时刻提帮助.Tofollow up duties from the previous shift. 完成前一班所未能完成的工作.Tohandle equipment and cleaning supplies with care. 小心使用机器，及时清洁机器.Torespond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.及时清洁责任区域并时刻保持其整洁.Cleansand maintains functions rooms, restrooms, offices and public areas assigned tohim/her according to.hotel standard by performing such activities as:根据以下标准打扫多功能厅，休息室，办公室：

Toensure cleaning equipment is in order and stored appropriately.确保所有清洁器材正确摆放，并适当保存.
Attendto general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/herperiodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling,A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performinghis daily cleaning duties.在日常工作中参加清洗餐厅、办公室、公共区域地毯的工作，同时打扫天花板，空调架或其他死角的卫生.Tomaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times. 时刻保持高水平的个人仪容仪表.Tohave a complete understanding of and adhere to Hotel’s policy relating to Fire& Emergency, hygiene, health and safety. 对于酒店内的火警/应急措施、卫生、健康和安全措施有完全了解.Torequisition and obtains supplies and cleaning material from linen room dailywith approval from superior 经主管同意向布草间申请和领用消耗品和清洁材料.Toreport unusual incidents and suspicious looking characters to superiorimmediately. 如果发现任何可疑迹象，应及时向主管报告.Toreport on repair and maintenance requirements to supervisor.如有机器的维修和保养，应通知主管.To reportitems found in public areas to Housekeeping Lost/Found directly as well as log.如在公共区域拾到客人遗留物品，应及时上交客房失物招领处，同时报告主管.
