Job responsibilities
1.全面负责宴会和会议,展示会等的推销、预订工作;
1.Responsible for the promotion and reservation of banquets, conferences and exhibitions;
2.制定宴会销售的市场推销计划、简历并完善宴会销售部工作程序和标准,制定宴会销售部规章制度并指挥实施;
2.Formulate marketing plan and resume of Banquet Sales Department, improve working procedures and standards of Banquet Sales Department, formulate rules and regulations of Banquet Sales Department and direct its implementation;
3.参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作;
3.Participate in the hotel management meeting and complete the upload and release work;
4.安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作;
4.Arrange and supervise the normal work of subordinates;
5.建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录,使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段;
5.Establish and improve the records of banquet diary, customer contract filing, banquet order and forecast to make it an effective work procedure and management means;
6.与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调,共同议定宴会菜单及价格;
6.Communicate and coordinate with the director of food and beverage department and executive chef to discuss the banquet menu and price;
7.与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合;
7.Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with other departments;
8.定期对下属进行绩效评估,按奖惩制度实施奖惩,并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质。
8.Regularly evaluate the performance of subordinates, implement rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment system, and strengthen the training of employees and improve their quality.
