岗位职责
1.制定并执行在线营销活动计划;
2. 发展网上销售平台,最大限度地增加收入,并跟踪销售结果;
3. 维护酒店所有在线平台,OTA等其他第三方平台,并进行数据分析与汇报;
4. 负责管理酒店在线社交平台(微信公众号,视频号,小红书,抖音等);
5. 良好的微信图文编辑能力,负责编辑酒店每周微信推文;
6. 良好的视频拍摄剪辑能力(加分项);
7. 优秀的团队协作能力,并与其他部门建立良好的沟通;
1. Develop and execute online marketing plan
2. Develop online sales platforms as well as drive revenue and track results
3. Responsible for all of hotel’s online platforms, OTAs and other third-party platforms, and conduct data analysis
4. Responsible for the hotel’s online social platforms (WeChat official account, Wechat video, RED, Douyin, etc.)
5. Good WeChat graphic editing skills, responsible for editing the hotel’s weekly WeChat post
6. Good video shooting and editing capabilities (plus points)
7. Excellent team-player and able to establish good communication with other departments
【岗位要求】
1. 至少1年在酒店或公关公司工作经验;
2. 良好的执行能力;
3. 良好的中,英文口头表达及书写能力;
4. 良好的人际交往和沟通技能技巧
1. Minimum 1 year of related work experience in hotel, marketing or public relation consulting firms.
2. Good facilitation skills.
3. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
