Responsible for the relevant goals and responsibilities when exposure to
relevant functions.
在轮岗实习的过程中,在相应的部门学习时,承担相应岗位的目标和职责。

定岗实习的过程中,承担该岗位的目标和职责。
Projects 项目
1.
Taking strategy implementation projects at hotel level.
在酒店参与集团项目落地的相应项目。 
Learning and
Development 学习与发展
1. As the management
trainee, complete all learning programs, mentoring and coaching sessions,
project based learning and other development activities.
作为管培生,需要高质量完成所有的学习课程、教练和辅导、项目和行动学习以及相关学习与发展项目。 
Job Requirements:

1. Oral and written fluency in English and
Chinese

2. Have strong expression skills, good health,
