空调工

1.Obey the rules forthe Team member; do work according to arrangement by Supervisor.
遵守员工手册中的各项规章制度，听从指令服从工作安排。
2. Insure theexhaust system, computery, refrigerate tower, refrigeratory working in a goodcondition; replacing the blowers, FCU, AHU, filter nets periodic.
确保酒店排风系统，机房主机系统，冷却塔系统，冷库系统正常运行，在此前提下尽量降低成本与能耗；定时更换风机，FCU，AHU，过滤网。
3. Operation Team member on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.
当班设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线，巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。
4. Plumber on dutyshould make full preparation, when receive the maintenance order, take actionquickly and report to captain or supervisor after done.
当班维修工要随时清点好个人工具，接到工程任务或维修单后，立即赶到现场尽快完成，并随后汇报主管或领班。
5. Expect dailyrepairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according toschedule and instructions.
除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表进行保养项目及内容，不得随意改动，不准弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。
6. Write down the dailyworking on Log Book.
每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班簿。
7.  Keep clean of theworking area.
保持设备及工作地区的洁净。
8. Team member cannotleave the working post without Chief Engineer’s approval.
工作时间没有工程总工允许，不得擅自离开岗位和酒店。
9. The Team member should make a working reportmonthly and forward to supervisor check and file.
每月份由领班做出工作汇总报告，并交主管工程存查。
10. Give good suggestionon work anytime.
随时提出有益、有建设性的意见。
11. The management reserves theright to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of timeduring her / his employment.
如有必要，该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。
12.     Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities asassigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
