- Builds relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.

- Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures.

- Checks house status for Horizon Club floor

- Works with Front Office Rooms Controller to pre-assign rooms for all Horizon Club reservations, taking note of special requests and early arrivals

- Coordinates with Housekeeping on the set up of amenities in Horizon Club rooms prior to guests’ arrival.

- Maintains all quality standards and procedures from guest’s pre-arrival, to guest’s arrival, to guest’s in-house stay to guest’s departure.

- Notes, collects and actions on any guests’ preferences.

- Assists guests in airline reservation/confirmation, transmitting faxes, handling of messages, transportation arrangements, city tours, restaurant reservations.

- Sets up the Horizon Club Lounge with amenities such as updated international newspapers, periodicals and magazines, table games and video tapes.

- Assists in setting up the service counters and table settings for breakfasts and evening cocktail hours.

- Performs F&B service to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently according to standards. 及时高效地根据标准为客人提供餐饮服务
- Ensures the Lounge as well as buffet area are kept clean and tidy at all times throughout the day.

- Prints “Shift Reports”.

- Ensure that staff are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
