工作职责Responsibilities：
1. 确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供高品质的对客服务；
Ensure compliance with brand commitment and consistently
provide high quality customer service
2. 理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度以及酒店政策；
Understands and strictly adheres to the rules and regulations in
the employee handbook and hotel policies
任职资格Qualification：
1. 热爱酒店行业,具有酒店管理，商业管理等大专或相等学历优先。
Love hotel industry,College degree in Hospitality Management,
Business Administration or equivalent
2. 熟练应用微软各式办公软件。
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Window
3. 态度良好，能吃苦。
Good attitude, able to bear hardships
Fresh graduates can become full-time employees after receiving graduation certificates
应届毕业生领取毕业证后可转为正式员工。
