● Assume complete responsibility forlearning from initial orientation and training programs conducted when joiningthe sales team by the Director of Groups & Events and all sales associates.

● Constantly gather, understandand apply the knowledge of food, beverage, technical equipment andinter-departmental procedures to the sales and planning process with theclient.

● Maintain an up-to-date planninginformation portfolio for easy reference in the sales and planning process.

● Effectively represent the Hotelin all telephone, written and personal contacts with potential, past andcurrent clients with warm and friendly guest contact, an ever-presentwillingness to assist, and especially an obvious desire to welcome clientbusiness to the hotel.

● Prepare all information-sharingcommuniqués to the client and to other hotel departments precisely and thoroughlyand update that information on a timely basis.

● Assumeresponsibility for all final preparations prior to the event and on the day ofthe event to ensure client satisfaction in line with the details of the planningprocess.

● Complete all reports on atimely basis as requested by the Director of Groups & Events.
及时完成宴会销售总监的要求完成的所有报告。
● Maintain orderly event filesrecording all vital information on proper departmental forms should anotherteam member be called upon to assist or should an issue following the eventneed to be substantiated.
在宴会文件夹里面有条理地记录所有重要的信息,使宴会要求具体化,以供其他部门需要时查询使用。
● Bid a fond farewell to allevent clients with a personalized letter of appreciation and complete follow upon all outstanding balances.
以个性化的方式欢送客人,表达对客人的欣赏,跟进为清余额
● Cross Sell other KempinskiHotels as appropriate.
必要的时候适当地推销其他的凯宾斯基酒店。
● Live and achieve the KempinskiSales Vision.

● Follow up all enquiries within24 hours of receipt and trace and follow up all past, potential and currentclient files on a regular basis.
24小时接受询盘,有规律地跟进过去,现在的客户以及潜在客户。
● Follow all departmentguidelines on the outlining and collection of advance deposits and finalpayments OR the clear arrangements for credit accounts with the Credit Manager.

● Assist other professional salesteam members with overall team efforts to secure business and to produce all eventsto meet the expressed wishes and expectations of the client.

● Meet and exceed personalmonthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals and to assume partialresponsibility for the creation of those goals.

● Focus all personal salesefforts on one specific Market Segment as agreed up by the entire sales teamplus minor efforts on the wide range of other market segments being pursued bythe team.
