1. Dishes are prepared, cooked, and served according to the restaurant’s menu.

2. Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.

3. Communication is done politely and displays courtesy to guests and internal customers.

4. Effective employee working relationships are established and maintained.

Job Requirements:
任职要求:
1.Minimum 3 years kitchen experience.
至少3年厨房工作经验。
2.International experience is preferred.
