1、负责穆斯林特色菜品的制作与出品,确保菜品口味及品质
Be responsible for the productionof Muslim-themed dishes, ensuring their taste and quality.
2、根据菜单要求准备食材,合理控制食品成本
Preparethe ingredients according to the menu requirements and control food costs reasonably.
3、保持厨房工作区域的清洁卫生,符合香格里拉食品安全标准
Keep thekitchen working area clean and meet the Shangri-La food hygiene standards.
4、了解穆斯林饮食文化及节日特色,根据需求制作专属菜品
Understandthe Muslim food culture and festival characteristics, and create exclusivedishes according to your needs.
5、维护厨房设备,确保正常运作
Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure itsnormal operation.
6、确保所有出品按照标准的烹饪方法制作。
Ensure thatproduction is done according to the standard recipes at all times.

1、 熟练掌握厨房所有领域有关食材的准备工作,烹饪技巧和摆盘展示
Has highknowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques andpresentation of international cuisine.
2、 能够适应倒班工作制
Be able to adapt to shift work
3、 有团队合作精神,沟通能力良好
Have a team spirit and goodcommunication skills
4、有酒店或餐厅工作经验者优先
Workingexperience of the same position at hotel is priority.
