Responsible for the preparation and cooking ofvarious deserts.
全面负责西饼房各类甜品的准备与烹制。
Make pastry production plan, assist pastry chefto control cost and make budget.
制订西饼房生产计划,协助西饼房厨师长进行成本控制及预算
Assist the Pastry Chef with the dessert menusand food promotions.
协助行政总厨制定甜品菜单及食品节。
Ensure high quality of deserts and operationsafety.
确保西饼房甜品质量及厨房安全
Chargeof the creation and improvement with different kinds of deserts.
负责各类甜品的创新和改进。
Job Qualifications:
Good creativity and coordinate capability.
具有良好的创新和协调能力。
Chef qualification certificates is preferred.
具有厨师职业资格证书。
Above 5 years working experience in 5 starshotel.
需五星级酒店工作经历5年以上
Hard working and night shift accepted.
吃苦耐劳,能翻班。
