BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
1. Participating in the hotel project deals negotiation and dispute settlement in relation to the company
参与公司酒店合作项目谈判以及争议解决
2. Initiating legal opinions,analyzing and evaluating legal risk of major deals and contracts
重大项目、合同法律风险评估,提供法律意见
3. Providing general legal advisory and legal support to hotel’s routine operation
对酒店运营给予法律支持并提供日常法律意见
4. Other legal matters allocated by the Legal director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. Be responsible to review, draft and maintain all legal agreement and contract, including but not limited to Technical service agreement and management agreement, provide legal opinion to the management
负责公司各类合同的审核制定,包括但不限于技术服务、管理合同等,并提供法律意见
2. Work closely with operation team for the enhancement of trademark or copyright affairs on content acquired and handle the arbitration and litigation concerning the company, like outstanding payment issues.
与运营团队合作,提供商标、著作权等法律事务支持,处理公司欠款纠纷仲裁或诉讼事务
3. Participant and provide the professional opinion on all major projects including financing, investment, M&A and major contracts
参与各类重大项目谈判并提供专业法律意见,包括融资、对外投资、并购以及重大项目合同等
4. Be responsible to handle the legal dispute during the pre-opening, trial opening and operation period of the hotels and minimize and control the legal risk.
负责处理酒店开业前期、试营业以及运营期间的法律纠纷,降低法律风险。
5. In charge of all legal compliance with PRC laws and regulations and related laws and practice
根据中国的法律法规、相关司法实践等,负责公司合规性事务
6. Work closely with Business development team and operation team, maintain a good balance between protecting the company interests and driving business forward
与公司业务开发人员以及运营人员紧密合作,平衡法律风险以及公司利益保护,推进项目顺利完成
7. Liaison with law firm and outsourcing attorney, like Trademark agency
与外部律师以及外聘机构,如商标代理机构保持良好沟通与协作
QUALIFICATION 工作要求
1. A minimum of bachelor's degree in Law major (other advanced degree or professional qualification, e.g. China National Judicial Exam will be advantageous)
法学专业本科毕业(有其他职业证书,如国家司法考试合格证书优先)
2. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in legal work;
至少5-10年工作经验
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
中英文书写流利
4. Good communication skills; Self-motivated and can take initiatives to solve problem
沟通能力出色,有进取心,能主动解决问题
5. Having good common sense and commercial sense; Able to multitask and work well under pressure
较出色的常识及商业思维,能在压力下处理多项工作
6. Good knowledge related to hotel operation, like franchise or management will be a plus
熟悉酒店运营相关知识,如特许经营或管理优先
7. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT) and other relevant software applications
熟练使用办公软件,如WORD, EXECL以及PPT等
8. A team player with Honesty and value integrity
诚实正直,,有团队合作精神
