JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Minimum ten (10) years experience in Rooms functions, at least five (5) years of which must be in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel management company.
2.Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment.
3.Experience communicating, training, and managing multi-lingual staffs.
4.Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
5.Solid experience in management of Front Office, Housekeeping, Security.
6.Strong yield management skills and ability to instill those in others.
7.Fluency in English spoken and written.
