JOB OVERVIEW
职位概述
As a hotel security guard should have a strong sense of responsibility, serious and responsible work, work impartially,
boldly work, do not favoritism, maintain a high degree of vigilance, dare to stand up to stop criminal activities and
illegal behavior.
作为酒店保安员应具有强烈的责任心，工作认真负责，秉公办事，大胆工作,不徇私情，保持高度的警觉性，敢于挺身
而出制止犯罪活动及违法乱纪行为。
•  Be familiar with the duties and requirements of the department, carry out the responsibility of the safety post, do
  the job well and ensure the hotel safety. 
服从上司的指令和工作安排，熟悉本部岗位的任务与要求，认真贯彻执行安全岗位职责，做好本职工作，确保酒店安全。
 •   Handle any unusual accidents occurring in the hotel and assist the hotel departments in handling the safety problems of guests or employees, be familiar with the distribution of posts, and take good care of communications equipment and facilities.
处理在酒店内发生的非常事故，并协助酒店各部门处理宾客或雇员的安全问题，要熟悉岗位的分布,爱护通信器材和岗位上的各种设施。
•  Inspect hotel area, deal with emergencies decisively, check and monitor suspicious persons and events politely.
在酒店范围内外巡查，果断处理突发事件，发现可疑的人和事要礼貌地进行盘查监控。
•   Safety checks should be carried out on important parts and places where large amounts of money are stored, problems should be raised in time, and cash is deposited or submitted by the cashier in the guarding Finance Department.
对重要部位和储存大量钱物的场所要经常进行安全检查，发现问题及时提出，护卫财务部收银员将现金存入或提出。
•   Regular check alarm system, safety and fire system, tight control of buildings around the door, service area, engineering delivery area.
定期检查报警系统、安全及消防系统，严密控制建筑物周围之门户、服务区、工程交货区。
•   Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel, especially the security system, the implementation of the shift system, work should not leave the post, not to handle private affairs, to ensure safety.
严格遵守酒店各项规章制度，特别是安全保卫制度，执行交接班制度，上岗时不得擅离工作岗位，不准处理私事，确保安全。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

•  It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important

•  Strength – with occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects
