【Responsibility】
Support DOSM to develop the integrated marketing plan andinitiatives and coordinate with other hotel departments and Corporate Teams onthe development and execution of these marketing initiatives/ campaigns. Regular audit of digital toolsand applications in the hotel to ensure accuracy and quality ongoingimplementation.Leading and managing thedigital analytics and reports and to share with Hotel Teams for findings andlearnings.Increase the hotels onlinepresence and production via strategic partnerships, e.g., OTAs, GDS, Brandwebsite, Wechat mall and other channels etc. Enlarge e-platforms &maximise hotel revenue on rooms, RB&E, banqueting, fitness centre andall of hotel products via digital marketing initiative opportunities. Optimize the hotel presence onsearch engines (in different languages)
【Qualification】
3-5 years of DigitalMarketing Work Experience, with a minimum of 3 years in hotel industry.Good knowledge andunderstanding is a must for Performance Marketing, Social Media, PRC digitalarena with solid work / project management experienceStrong preference forcandidates having concrete experience on website administration (Brand.com)/building new website features and mobile and social applications (like WeChat)Universitygraduate or equivalentGood knowledge in HTML/Wordpress / Google Analytics/ SEO / ecommerce operation/ email & mobilemarketing a definite advantage
