1. Performs duties common to all captains or waitress and other duties as may be assigned
完成本职工作及上级布置的其他任务
2. Ensure adequate supplies of materials and requisitions for general supplies.
确保有足够的用品，并申请所需采购的物品
3. Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
熟悉掌握酒水知识
4. Completes weekly inspection, checks overall the Lobby Lounge appearance, the repair of its fixtures, fittings and operating equipment, initiates maintenance requests as necessary.
每周要全面检查一次大堂雅座，从外观到灯饰、家具及其它设备情况，如果需要则填写维修申请单
5. Ensure grooming and general appearance of bartenders and cocktail waitresses conforms to Hotel standards.
确保员工保持良好的仪容仪表
6. Arrange the duty roaster, supervise captain’s daily job and train the staff.
安排各班班次，督导领班日常工作，并实施必要的培训。
7. Able to built good relationship with any customer
能够有与客人建立良好客户关系的能力
8. Check guest satisfaction and handle the guest complain promptly and efficiently
关注宾客的满意程度,及时处理客人投诉，并加以妥善地解决
9. Report the daily business summary to the restaurants manager
将餐厅经营情况及一切特殊情况汇报给餐厅经理
10. Assist manager to do the evaluation to the staff and organize the training plain.
协助经理对属下进行评估，并有计划地组织培训工作
