1.Assists with maintaining a comprehensive master slide/photo/CD library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
协助准备广告材料，比如菲林片照片光盘等广告材料给广告公司。
2.Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
协助拍摄广告，收集相关竞争对手酒店的广告和市场信息，做好互相的公关工作
3.Helps with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s).
协助做好酒店邮寄宣传册的工作
4.Gathers and distributes to relevant parties information/ad. clippings of competitor hotels.

5.Supports communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.

6.Follows up gift certificate requests in support of sponsorship requests/donations.
