1.Make sure the decoration of the hotel areas is in perfect condition.
确保酒店各区域装饰处于良好状态。
2.Supervise the repair and maintenance of furniture and wooden fixtures in various areas of the hotel.
执行酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。
3.Various masonry works, ground veneer repair, wall whitening, ceiling ash, whitening, roof wall leak repair.
各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。
4.Responsible for the maintenance of wood finishes in guest rooms, restaurants and public areas, such as the repair and replacement of sofas, chairs, counters and wall cloths.
负责客房、餐厅、公共区域木饰面的维护保养工作，例如各类沙发、椅子、柜台、墙布的维修更换。
5.Offer rapid service to all departments.
确保提供快捷的服务予各部门。
6.Maintain the departmental technical standards.
维护部门要求的技术标准。
7.Ensure the daily operation efficiency within engineering departments.
确保本部门之日常操作效率。
8.Strictly comply with HSE and Forus system requirements and regulations.

9.Other tasks/duties assigned according to the instructions by superior leaders.
