职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.当班时负责所分配的楼层的清洁及服务。
Responsible for the cleaning and service of the assigned floor during the shift.
2.监督和检查分配给客房和公共区域服务生的工作,按酒店和公司业务目标确保符合产品的质量标准,为酒店客人提供卓越的服务。
Supervise and inspect the work of attendants assigned to rooms and public areas to ensure that product quality standards are met in accordance with hotel and company business objectives and to provide excellent service to hotel guests.
3.监督客房部各项标准和工作程序的执行。
Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.
4.负责管理接班和交班工作,以确保交接班过程的有效进行。
Responsible for the management of succession and transition work to ensure the effective implementation of the transition process.
5.对客房部所有系统有最新和完整的知识。
Up-to-date and complete knowledge of all housekeeping systems.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.高中毕业学历或同等文化程度。
High school diploma or equivalent education.
2.有较强的英语会话能力和一定的组织能力及协调能力。
Have strong English conversation ability and certain organization and coordination ability.
3.至少从事同岗位工作1年以上。
Have worked in the same position for at least 1 year.
4.熟悉客房管理专业知识、熟练运用电脑。
Familiar with professional knowledge of room management and skilled use of computer.
5. 国际五星级或精品酒店工作背景。
International five-star or boutique hotel working background.
