管理所有西餐厅每天的运营,关注客人,提升顾客满意度,保障同事福利,尽可能在控制成本的基础上实现利润最大化。
Manage the daily operation of all western restaurants, pay attention to customers, improve customer satisfaction, ensure the welfare of colleagues, and maximize profits on the basis of controlling costs as much as possible.
职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.确保餐厅政策和程序与品牌标准相符并得到贯彻和执行。
Ensure that restaurant policies and procedures are in line with brand standards and are implemented and enforced.
2.根据员工需求制定和实施相关培训计划并对他们的学习情况做出评估。
Develop and implement relevant training plans according to employees' needs and evaluate their learning.
3.在制定计划及时发现和弥补服务标准上的不足加以弥补并在之后予以贯彻和执行。
Develop plans to identify and remedy gaps in service standards in a timely manner and to remedy them and to implement and enforce them thereafter.
4.指导下属的工作以确保相关政策和程序的执行。
Direct subordinates to ensure the implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
5.和厨房保持及时有效沟通。
Keep in touch with the kitchen.
6.帮助团队成员指定培训计划。
Help team members develop training plans.
7.保持并提升与下属员工的良好工作氛围和恰当的工作关系。
Maintain and promote a good working atmosphere and proper working relationship with subordinates.
8.严格执行员工仪容仪表规范。
Strictly implement staff grooming standards.
9.问候客人,解决客人提出的各种意见及问题,随时保持销售意识以增加收入在客人点单时向他们推荐餐厅的食品及饮料。
Greet guests, solve all kinds of comments and problems raised by guests, maintain sales awareness at any time to increase income, and recommend food and beverage to guests when they order.
10.保持并不断拓展与客人的良好关系。
Maintain and develop good relationships with guests.
11.有能力完成所有工作以及经理安排下来的工作。
Ability to complete all tasks and tasks assigned by the manager.
12.能相应的对食品促销等活动提出自己的合理化建议。
Can put forward reasonable suggestions for food promotion activities accordingly.
