职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责酒店OTA渠道开拓及上线,对接各大OTA渠道(美团、携程等),维持良好合作关系。
Responsible for the development and launch of hotel OTA channels, docking with major OTA channels (Meituan, Ctrip, etc.), and maintaining good cooperative relations.
2.对各大OTA渠道政策维护及优化,效果评估、分析、监测以达到酒店产量提升目标。
Maintained and optimized the policies of major OTA channels, evaluated, analyzed and monitored the effects to achieve the target of increasing hotel output.
3.每日监测线上价格走势。
Monitor online price movements daily.
4.能够独立分析各大渠道优势和特点,组织和策划产品推广和计划实施。
Able to independently analyze the advantages and characteristics of major channels, organize and plan product promotion and plan implementation.
5.完成上级领导安排的各项工作等。
Complete the work arranged by superiors.
6.线上评论维护。
Online comment maintenance.
7.服从部门负责人的工作调配,积极完成安排的其它工作。
Obey the work deployment of the department head, and actively complete other assigned work.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专以上学历,有酒店行业OTA渠道经验优先。
College degree or above, OTA channel experience in hotel industry is preferred.
2.有良好的文字功底,熟练操作Office软件系统操作,会英文者优先。
Have good writing skills, proficient in operating Office software system, English is preferred.
3.熟悉OTA、在线平台运营模式,与OTA平台有良好的合作关系。
Familiar with OTA and online platform operation mode, and have good cooperative relationship with OTA platform.
4.具有较强的组织、协调能力、独立解决问题能力及很强的执行能力。
Have strong organization, coordination ability, independent problem solving ability and strong execution ability.
