职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.协助上级领导进行本地渠道销售部管理制度建设,促进本地渠道销售部业务推进。
Assisted superior leaders to build the management system of the local channel sales department and promoted the business advancement of the local channel sales department.
2.组织做好年度指标计划,根据酒店下达的任务指标,完成销售任务。
Organize the annual target plan and complete the sales task according to the task target issued by the hotel.
3.根据部门工作安排,做好销售人员的市场拓展计划,并及时根据市场情况,做好应对措施。
According to the work arrangement of the department, make market expansion plans for the sales staff, and take countermeasures according to the market situation in time.
4.开拓新市场,发展新客户。
Open up new markets and develop new customers.
5.负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析。
Responsible for the collection of market information in the jurisdiction and the analysis of competitors.
6.管理维护客户关系以及客户间的.长期战略合作计划。
Manage and maintain customer relationship and inter-customer relationship. Long-term strategic cooperation plan.
7.负责政府/本地市场销售工作。
Responsible for government/local market sales.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专及以上学历,旅游管理等相关专业。
College degree or above, major in tourism management or related.
2.具有3年以上销售经理或同等职位工作经验。
More than 3 years working experience in sales manager or equivalent position.
3.具备良好的沟通能力和组织能力,较好的写作能力,熟练使用计算机。
Have good communication skills and organizational skills, good writing skills, and skilled use of computers.
4.具备良好的组织协调能力,结果导向,能够带领团队完成销售任务目标。
With good organization and coordination ability, result-oriented, able to lead the team to complete the sales target.
5.较强的抗压力、自信、责任心强、诚实守信。
Strong pressure resistance, self-confidence, strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness.
