职责义务：
Duties & Responsibilities:
分别方向为：强电、弱电、机修、暖通
The directions are: strong electricity, weak electricity, machine repair, HVAC
1.制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。
Develop the department's preventive maintenance plan to effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of hotel equipment and facilities.
2.掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
Master the on-duty energy consumption and maintenance costs to ensure the hotel's maximum energy saving and cost saving.
3.推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。
Implement energy-saving operation plan and control operation and maintenance cost budget.
4.协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。
Assist in the analysis of project quotation, visit the site to check the construction and project progress.
5.协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。
Assist the engineering manager to do a good job in fire control and safety.
6.协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
Assist in the establishment of complete equipment technical files and maintenance files.
专业知识技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2 + years working experience in the same position.
2.必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
Must master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment.
3.能充分领会上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
Can fully understand the management consciousness of superiors, can organize and direct the implementation of the work plan of the position, and ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.
4.有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
Have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and cooperation spirit, act impartially and do not seek personal gains.
