职责义务：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。
Maintain close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.
2.高效认知和掌握销售线索。
Recognize and master sales leads efficiently.
3.代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。
Participate in international and domestic sales activities on behalf of the hotel.
4.发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。
Give full play to creativity and make due contributions to the hotel's products and departments.
5.仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标。
Carefully plan meetings with customers, implement customer relationship management for scheduled customers, and achieve sales targets.
6.在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
Monitor and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.
7.准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。
Prepared sales reports to ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, so as to facilitate work follow-up.
8.积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
Actively disseminate product information and create awareness of the hotel in the responsible market.
9.在所负责的区域内，与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势，并确保其实现。
Plan sales campaigns with the Director of Marketing and Sales in the responsible territory and ensure their realization.
10.主动参与，完成各种销售报告。
Actively participate and complete various sales reports.
11.协助计划和配合销售活动。
Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities.
12.协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。
Assist in the development and production of all hotel promotional materials.
13.管理客户档案数据库，手工或以电脑更新客户档案。
Manage customer file database and update customer file manually or by computer.
14.不断地对下属员工给予持续建议及支持。
Provide continuous advice and support to subordinates.
15.执行上级要求的任务，完成市场销售目标。
Perform the tasks required by superiors and achieve the sales target.
16.遵守酒店酒店的员工守则。
Comply with the hotel's employee rules.
17.遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。
Comply with the hotel's policies and procedures.
18.坚持不断的对自己的表现进行分析评估。
Constantly analyze and evaluate your own performance.
19.完成上级交给的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
专业知识技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.学历要求：大专以上学历，五年以上酒店管理工作经验。
Education requirements: College degree or above, more than five years of hotel management experience.
2.熟悉华东市场行情（上海，杭州）或有度假酒店背景优先考虑。
Familiar with East China market (Shanghai, Hangzhou) or resort hotel background is preferred.
3. 善于管理和经营团队，事业心强，能快速组建自己的管理团队。
Good at management and operation of the team, career-minded, able to quickly build their own management team.
4. 有较强的沟通、计划、决策和综合判断能力。
Strong communication, planning, decision-making and comprehensive judgment skills.
5.较强的适应能力及抗压能力。
Strong adaptability and ability to withstand pressure.
