职位描述
负责前台接待工作,向客人传递良好的品牌形象和服务态度,保障客户的满意度。
Responsible for reception work, delivering good brand image and service attitude to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.每班检查当日抵店客人信息,包括贵宾、万豪优先顾客、回头客人、团队的情况以及特别要求。
Checkthe information of guests who arrive at the hotel on the day of each shift,including VIPs, Marriott priority customers, returning customers, teamsituations, and special requirements.
2.任何时候确保备用金充足和准确。
Ensuresufficient and accurate reserve funds at all times.
3.每班上岗前参加代理前厅经理/宾客服务经理主持的交班会。
Attend a handovermeeting hosted by the Acting Front Office Manager/Guest Service Manager beforeeach shift starts work.
4.查看房间状态。
Checkthe room status.
5.按照客人的订房要求和喜好以及房间控制的政策分房。准备需要预分配的房间和贵宾预订。
Dividerooms according to guests' booking requirements and preferences, as well asroom control policies. Prepare rooms and VIP reservations that require preallocation.
6.查看预抵团队并分配房号。
Check the pre arrivalteam and assign room numbers.
7.为团队和散客办理入住手续。
Check in proceduresfor teams and individual guests.
8.提前查看预计退房的贵宾/长住客/团队/会议团队的账单,并做必要的准备。
Check the bills of VIP/long-termguests/teams/conference teams who are expected to check out in advance and makenecessary preparations.

1.身体健康,品貌端正,形象气质佳。

2.优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
3.善于同宾客交往、沟通,处理周到、果断,能独立处理各种投诉。
Good at communicating with guests, dealing with thoughtful and decisive, can independently deal with various complaints.
4.流利英文听说。
Fluent Englishspeaking.
5.流利普通话听说和书写。
Fluent Mandarin bothwriting and speaking.
