职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1、按照下达的任务单,组织面点师制作各种面点产品。
According to the assigned task list, organize pastry chefs to make various pastry products.
2、注重质量,严格把好面点制作质量关。
Emphasize quality and strictly control the quality of pastry production.
3、协助厨师长拟定点心成本及控制毛利率。
Assist the chef in determining the cost of pastries and controlling the gross profit margin.
4、提出面点新品种及推销方案报厨师长审定。
Propose new varieties of pastries and sales plans and submit them to the chef for approval.
5、负责本组员工的考勤工作。
Be responsible for the attendance of the employees in this group.
6、完成厨师长交派的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the chef.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.有同岗位工作经验1年以上。
More than 1 year working experience in the same position.
2.具有西饼房相关管理工作经验。
Have relevant management experience in a pastry shop.
3.熟悉西式面包制作,有一定的创新意识 。
Familiar with Western-style bread making and have a certain sense of innovation.
