职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1、制订西饼房生产计划,全面负责西饼房的餐食准备与烹制。
Formulate the production plan for the pastry shop and be fully responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals in the pastry shop.
2、严格执行国家颁布的卫生法,搞好厨房食品卫生,保持厨具整洁,确保客人饮食安全。
Strictly enforce the hygiene laws promulgated by the state, maintain good food hygiene in the kitchen, keep kitchenware clean and tidy, and ensure the safety of guests' food.
3、拟定点心成本及控制毛利率。
Determine the cost of pastries and control the gross profit margin.
4、下达备餐任务、数量、规格。
Issue meal preparation tasks, quantities and specifications.
5、每两个月监督更新一次柜台的糕点陈列品。
Supervise the update of the pastry display at the counter every two months.
6、进行烹饪监督,对各岗位技术性指导,对糕点质量和数量进行把关。
Supervise cooking, provide technical guidance to each position, and ensure the quality and quantity of pastries.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1、至少从事同岗位工作1年以上。
Have worked in the same position for at least 1 year.
2、国际五星级或精品酒店工作背景。
International five-star or boutique hotel working background.
3、具备良好的团队管理能力和组织协调能力,能够有效激发团队成员潜力并实现共同目标达成。
Have good team management ability and organization and coordination ability, can effectively stimulate the potential of team members and achieve common goals.
