In accordance with the group's policies and implementation procedures, coordinate and organize the completion of hotel training tasks, develop and preserve training resources, and improve the training system to promote development. Assist the Director of Human Resources to ensure the effective operation of the Learning and Development department.
职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.为协助人力资源负责人达到战略目标,向其提供专业化、建设性的行政支持。
To assist the human resources manager in achieving strategic goals, provide them with professional and constructive administrative support.
2.回顾培训的政策、制度、通过实践来给管理带来些改善。
Review the policies and systems of the training and bring about some improvements in management through practice.
3.开展酒店年度培训计划、预算和准备每季度进行管理工作的汇报。
Carry out the hotel's annual training plan, budget and preparation, and report on the management work every quarter.
4.制定培训指南和培训课程。
Develop training guidelines and courses.
5.负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训。
Be responsible for the training of all hotel staff on public foreign languages, industry quality awareness and hotel rules and regulations.
6.协助组织“员工心声”反馈会议,培训并鼓励员工参加“员工心声”调查,培训部门经理和主管如何进行调查反馈会议。
Assist in organizing the "Employee Voice" feedback meeting, train and encourage employees to participate in the "Employee Voice" survey, and train department managers and supervisors on how to conduct the survey feedback meeting.
7.保证培训和发展与经营计划、预算相结合,明确并监督计划目标。
Ensure that training and development are integrated with business plans and budgets, and clearly define and supervise the plan goals.
8.编辑最新酒店业管理和信息资料,向各部门和全体员工推荐公布。
Edit the latest hotel industry management and information materials, and recommend and publish them to all departments and employees.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验五年以上。
College degree or above, with more than five years of working experience in the same position.
2.具有良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力。
Possess excellent communication skills and organizational coordination abilities.
3.具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
Possess strong comprehensive writing skills and oral expression abilities.
4.能按照酒店经营发展对人才的需要,制订酒店总体培训规划和实施计划。
Be capable of formulating the overall training plan and implementation plan for the hotel in accordance with the talent needs of the hotel's operation and development.
5.具备教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论知识。
Possess theoretical knowledge of education, psychology and hotel management.
6.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
Be familiar with the patterns, characteristics of employees and the procedures of job training.
