职责义务：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.管理整个康乐部：健身中心，娱乐中心以及水疗中心。提前计划，组织大型的推广活动。确保员工能随时为客人提供高标准的服务。确保部门所有设备状态良好，干净整洁。全面负责康乐部的日常工作；实施各经营项目；提供经营与日常管理的方案。
Manage the entire recreation department: fitness center, entertainment center and spa center. Plan and organize large-scale promotional activities in advance. Ensure that staff can provide high-standard services to guests at any time. Ensure that all equipment in the department is in good condition, clean and tidy. Take full responsibility for the daily work of the recreation department; implement various business projects; provide business and daily management plans.
2.制定部门各岗位工程程序与服务标准，培训并贯彻实施，保证服务质量。
Develop engineering procedures and service standards for each position in the department, train and implement them to ensure service quality.
3.制定部门各岗位人员编制，安排员工培训，提高员工业务水平和整体素质，根据业务需要合理组织和调配人员，提高工作效率。
Develop the staffing for each position in the department, arrange employee training, improve employees' professional skills and overall quality, organize and allocate personnel reasonably according to business needs, and improve work efficiency.
4.抽查员工上岗情况，确定设备正常运作；对人员、物资、服务质量、安全、防火负全责。
Check the on-duty status of employees, ensure the normal operation of equipment; be fully responsible for personnel, materials, service quality, safety and fire prevention.
5.处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，提供个性化服务解决方案。
Handle guest complaints and special requests, provide personalized service solutions.
6.控制部门预算，优化运营成本与资源分配。
Control the departmental budget, optimize operational costs and resource allocation.
专业知识技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.具备酒店管理、体育休闲或相关领域知识优先。
Knowledge in hotel management, sports and leisure or related fields is preferred.
2。优秀的团队管理与沟通协调能力。
Excellent team management and communication coordination skills.
3.注重细节，能够高效处理多任务与突发情况。
Pay attention to details and be capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and unexpected situations.
4.持有救生证、红十字急救证书，熟练掌握泳池水质调节技术。
Possess a lifeguard certificate and a Red Cross first aid certificate, and be proficient in the techniques for adjusting pool water quality.
5.对健康生活方式有热情，了解当前康乐行业趋势。
Have a passion for a healthy lifestyle and be aware of the current trends in the leisure industry.
