职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. 全面负责温泉项目的市场营销、拓客销售及品牌推广工作,制定年度、季度、月度营销方案,拆解业绩目标并落地执行。
Fully responsible for the marketing, customer acquisition and brand promotion of the hot spring project, formulating annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans, breaking down performance targets and implementing them.
2. 开拓维护政企单位、旅行社、团建机构、线上渠道等合作资源,搭建稳定的客户合作体系,提升团体客、引流客占比。
Explore and maintain cooperation resources with government and enterprise units, travel agencies, team-building institutions, online channels, etc., establish a stable customer cooperation system, and increase the proportion of group customers and referral customers.
3. 统筹营销数据复盘,定期分析客流、转化、营收数据,优化营销策略与产品套餐。
Coordinate the review of marketing data, regularly analyze passenger flow, conversion and revenue data, and optimize marketing strategies and product packages.
4.与酒店相关部门的沟通,取得销售方面的信息和支持。
Communicate with relevant departments of the hotel to obtain sales information and support.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1. 3年及以上温泉/度假酒店/文旅项目营销操盘经验,熟悉行业玩法、产品体系及本地流量渠道,有淡旺季营销破局经验者优先。
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and operation of hot spring/resort hotels or cultural tourism projects. Familiar with industry practices, product systems and local traffic channels. Those with experience in breaking through marketing during off-peak and peak seasons will be given priority.
2. 具备优质的商务谈判、资源整合、团队管理能力,自带行业渠道资源者优先录用。
Possess excellent skills in business negotiation, resource integration and team management. Those with existing industry channel resources will be given priority for recruitment.
