Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

This position is responsible in assisting Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Executive for business operation, coordination (such as: tele-marketing, proposal/contract preparation, filing, etc.).
协助高级销售经理、销售经理和销售主任的业务运作及协调(如:电话营销,建议/合同准备,归档等)。

Essential Responsibilities:
基本职责:

To follow up hotel and departmental rules and SOP.
跟进酒店及部门的规章和标准操作流程。
To follow up and maintain an effective and efficient filing system.
跟进和维护一个有效和高效的归档制度。
To coordinate with Front Office, Banquet and Credit on the each booking requirement.
与前厅部,宴会和信用协调每个预定的要求。
To welcome large groups and ensure smooth check-in and assist in servicing the groups while in house.
欢迎大型团队,确保流畅的入住,并在客人入住时提供所需帮助。
To ensure billing instructions are correct.
确保记帐说明正确。
To make sure correct information from clients will be pass to each concerning department in time.
确保客户的正信息及时被传递给有关各部门。
Trace rooming list and deposit on its due date per contract.
跟踪每张合同的房间清单和应该拿到的押金。
To complete monthly account production report.
完成每月的帐户生产报告
To follow-up correspondence and respond within 24 hours.
跟进信函和并在24小时内回复

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
工作技能技巧要求:

Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
良好的英语口语和书面英语,普通话。
Sales experience or hotel experience is an advantage.
有销售经验或酒店经验者优先。
Presentable and outgoing personality.
外向的性格。
Able to work independently, patient and polite.
独立工作能力,耐心,有礼貌。
Team work.
团队协作精神。
Possess enthusiasm drive and initiative.
具备热情,主动性。

  • 国际联号工作经验:优先
  • 语言要求:英语-熟练,中国普通话-精通
